Job summary

Easterseals NH is hiring Residential Support Counselors in Nottingham, NH to join a compassionate team providing daily living support.

Full-time, 38 hours weekly, with weekend shifts; compensation $24 per hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, PTO from day one, holidays, and retirement plan options. Training in conflict resolution and safety is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working in the Human Services field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events.
• Follow each individuals care plan.
• All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety.
• Complete required daily documentation.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.

Hours:

Full-time 38 hours a week

• Sunday 7a-9p
• Monday 3p-9p
• Tuesday 3p-9p
• Wednesday 3p-9p
• Thursday 3p-9p

Must be able to work one weekend shift per week.

Compensation

$24 hourly

Location

Nottingham, NH (2 miles from Lee traffic circle)

Responsibilities
