Job summary

Priory Group operates Mountain View House near Pontypool, recruiting a Support Worker for 12.5‑hour day shifts (07:45‑20:15) to support seven residents who are autistic in a rural setting with mountain views.

The role is permanent and full-time with a salary of £13.75 per hour. You will join a dedicated team and have opportunities for development within Priory's training and IPD pathways.

Qualifications

• Resilience and empathy to support residents through highs and lows.

• Willingness to undertake training and develop through IPD and progression paths.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to live as independently as possible.
• Assist qualified staff with assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Undertake routine tasks and activities to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment.
