Job summary

Housing Solutions is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out surveys across occupied and void properties and communal areas. You will conduct HHSRS surveys as part of broader asset surveys and help shape survey design for multiple property types.

The role supports the asset management database and data integrity within in-house systems. You will need a strong surveying background, ideally with an HNC or equivalent, and familiarity with asset management databases and common building

Qualifications

• Background in surveying or property inspection.
• HNC or equivalent qualification in surveying-related subject.
• Experience with asset management databases and knowledge of common building defects.
• Confident applying expertise to residential property, maintenance and planned maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out stock condition surveys across occupied and void properties and communal areas.
• Conduct HHSRS surveys as part of stock condition surveys or standalone inspections.
• Assist in designing surveys for various property types and manage data quality.
• Support development of the asset management database and ensure data integrity in in-house systems.
• Travel to different properties; liaise with internal and external stakeholders; maintain administrative records.
