Zusammenfassung

Elevate is seeking experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to perform detailed condition surveys across social housing properties, including houses, flats, and blocks. You will assess building components, identify defects and maintenance needs, and record data using a tablet-based system.

The role requires experience in stock/condition surveys within social housing contexts, knowledge of HHSRS, and the ability to work independently across a geographic area with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Experience undertaking stock condition or property condition surveys.
• Experience within social housing, local authority or housing association environments.
• Understanding of HHSRS and housing-related health and safety requirements.
• Confident using tablets and electronic surveying/data collection systems.

Aufgaben

• Undertake stock condition surveys of houses, flats and blocks.
• Inspect internal and external building elements and assess their condition.
• Identify defects, maintenance requirements and potential areas of investment.
• Record accurate property condition and component data using a tablet.
• Identify and log relevant HHSRS information and potential hazards.
• Capture photographic evidence where required.
• Ensure all survey information is accurate, consistent and completed within agreed timescales.
• Work independently across an allocated geographical area.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety when undertaking property inspections.
