Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of the new Residential Property practice in Bournemouth
• Work collaboratively with the existing Residential team in Winchester (hybrid working supported)
• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including, Leasehold/shared ownership properties, HTB mortgages, ISAs, redemptions, Right to Buy, investment properties, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Probate Sales, Declarations of Trust, unregistered land and restrictions
• Drive new business development and client relationship building
• Use the firm's modern portal systems for case management and compliance

What you will bring

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE in residential property
• Experience with the CQS scheme and SDLT essentials
• Strong knowledge of Building Safety Act, residential transactions, and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
• Capable of managing caseloads independently with minimal supervision
• Commercially aware and proactive in business development
