Job summary

Strong Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Manager for residential construction projects across Croydon and Surrey, including loft conversions and home renovations. You will oversee multiple projects from start to finish, coordinating trades and ensuring safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on site management experience in residential settings, UK Building Regulations knowledge, a full UK driving licence, and certifications such as SMSTS or

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor/Manager in residential construction.
• Experience with loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments or home renovations.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Full UK driving licence.
• SMSTS, CSCS or NVQ Construction Site Management beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project programmes and day-to-day site activities.
• Liaise directly with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Work closely with the office/build team to coordinate materials, skips and other site requirements.
• Resolve site issues and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Carry out final inspections and project handovers.
