Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced House Building Site Manager to oversee a residential site delivering 2–4 bed homes on a temporary basis. You will run the site and manage trades to ensure programme delivery.

Timber frame knowledge is helpful but not essential; a scaffolding certificate is required. You will enforce health & safety procedures, inductions, risk assessments and site compliance, while coordinating with clients, consultants, and the project team.

Qualifications

• Experience running a residential site and managing trades.
• Strong focus on health & safety compliance and site documentation.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Project Manager on progress against programme
• Maintain Health & Safety procedures, inductions, risk assessments and permits
• Coordinate subcontractors and site facilities
• Prepare site progress reports and ensure timely completion of documentation
• Liaise with client, consultants and head office
• Open/close site facilities and manage welfare areas
• Resolve resident/public complaints efficiently
