Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a new residential development in North Devon, delivering high-quality traditional build homes. This permanent role offers the chance to work with an established housebuilder, with a strong benefits package and a long-term pipeline of work on site.

The responsibilities include managing day-to-day delivery, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality, and aligning with the project team to maintain the programme.

Qualifications

• Site Manager with housebuilding experience.
• Traditional build construction knowledge.
• Residential development management end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the development.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Manage quality, programme and site health & safety.
• Work closely with the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise on site.
