Job summary

You will keep the site clean, assist trades and site management as required, move materials around the site and support general site housekeeping while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card required.
• Previous experience in construction labouring preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good awareness of site health and safety.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe.
• Assisting tradespeople and site management as required.
• Moving and handling materials around the site.
• Managing waste and carrying out general site housekeeping.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the housing development.
