Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment seeks an experienced Residential Service Manager to head a dementia and long-term residential service in Bognor Regis. You will oversee clinical governance, develop care plans, and lead nursing and support teams to deliver outstanding person-centred care.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care and have strong knowledge of CQC standards and health act frameworks. Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

Experience leading residential care teams and supervising nursing and support staff.
Good understanding of CQC standards and Health and Social Care Act 2008.
Ability to develop evidence-based care packages and activity programmes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualised care packages and activity programmes.
Lead and supervise support and nursing teams to deliver high standards of person-centred care.
Understand service users' needs, mobility/continence support with appropriate aids and equipment.
Ensure personal hygiene needs are met and safety standards maintained.
