Job summary

TipTopJob in the Dewsbury area is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead a residential service for adults with diverse needs. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and a commitment to person-centred care.

You will manage budgets, oversee care plans and documentation, and develop the team through training and support. A NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care is essential, with a salary of £40,000–£45,000 per year for 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

Job description

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Service Manager to manage an exceptional residential service based in the Dewsbury, West Yorkshire area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers

This is a fantastic residential service located close to Dewsbury town centre. It provides support for adult males and females with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. The service offers a safe and supportive environment where individuals can receive care tailored to their needs

As a Manager Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Lead the home with warmth, professionalism, and strong leadership, fostering a culture of care, respect, and inclusion
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational processes to maintain high standards and achieve service success
• Ensure the home meets all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, health and safety, and licensing
• Oversee documentation, nursing records, and care plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practice
• Develop your team through training, motivation, and support, promoting professional growth and high:quality care
• Innovate and continually improve the services we provide, delivering person:centred care that truly makes a difference

**To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care**
