Job summary

CPC Project Services is expanding its North West Residential team and seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor to manage cost and commercial aspects on complex residential schemes. You’ll grow into senior client-facing roles with mentoring and clear progression toward Employer's Agent status.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartership pursued or achieved.
• Experience in residential housing projects preferred.
• Client-facing and consultancy background advantageous.
• Strong commercial and cost-management mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support early site due diligence assessments / viability reviews.
• Contribute to technical detail review / risk register production.
• Assist with pre- and post-contract programme production and milestones.
• Produce cost estimates and project plans.
• Support tendering, procurement strategy and implementation.
• Assist with contract selection and negotiation.
• Administer contracts (JCT suites) and development agreements.
• Build and manage client relationships with potential leadership paths.
• Support delivery to keep schemes on time and within budget.
• Learn from senior consultants towards Senior QS / Employer's Agent status.
