Job summary

CPC Project Services in the North West is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employer's Agent to lead residential projects across social housing, Build-to-Rent and mixed-tenure schemes. You will chair meetings, ensure delivery on time and on budget, and mentor junior members of a high-performing residential team across Manchester and Liverpool.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered with 5+ years' experience in residential surveying/quantity surveying.
• Housing experience essential; affordable housing and Build-to-Rent exposure valued.
• Employer's Agent experience preferred; strong client-facing capability.
• Open to Senior QS or Project Surveyor level for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Early site due diligence and viability review.
• Technical detail review and risk register production.
• Pre- and post-contract programme planning with milestones.
• Cost estimation and planning production.
• Tender and procurement strategy advice and implementation.
• Contract selection, negotiation and production.
• Contract administration for JCT suites and related agreements.
• Build strong client relationships and lead the team.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, to a high standard.
• Mentor junior team members and help shape the team.
