Job summary

CPC Project Services, a construction consultancy, is growing its North West Residential team in Liverpool/Manchester. We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor who is ready to get hands-on with cost and commercial management on complex residential schemes, with a clear path toward Senior QS and Employer's Agent status.

You’ll join a high-performing team on live projects, working with senior consultants to deliver due diligence, cost planning, tender and procurement support, and

Qualifications

• Working towards or recently achieved MRICS chartership.
• Experience in housing or residential schemes preferred.
• Client-facing consultancy background welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence and viability reviews on live schemes.
• Contribute to technical detail reviews and risk registers.
• Assist with cost planning, tender strategy and procurement.
• Assist with contract administration and client liaison.
• Develop relationships with clients and progress toward leadership.
