• 3+ years of experience in residential development (Traditional Build).
• Degree or HNC/D in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong negotiation and software proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement: Manage tenders and appoint all sub-contract trades.
• Cost control: Produce monthly CVRs and manage site budgets.
• Valuations: Assess on-site progress and certify sub-contractor payments.
• Variations: Negotiate extras and finalize accounts post-completion.
