The Role

As an Associate in the Residential Property team, you will:

• Handle a broad range of transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, working with high-net-worth individuals and limited companies.
• Work both independently and collaboratively, receiving support when needed but also having the autonomy to manage your caseload.
• Play an integral part in delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

Who we’re looking for:

A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-6 years of PQE in residential property law.

• Confidence in managing the entire conveyancing process independently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
