The Opportunity

Are you a driven Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to take the next step in your career? What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Providing clear, commercial advice to clients while ensuring an exceptional client experience
• Conducting legal research and drafting documents with precision
• Supporting the development of long-term client relationships and actively engaging in business development initiatives
• Collaborating with local and national estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to strengthen referral partnerships
• Contributing to the firm's wider success by promoting and cross-selling services where appropriate

Who We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years of PQE in residential conveyancing
• A strong technical understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work independently while knowing when to seek support
• A commercial mindset, with the confidence to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and case management systems
