Job summary

HCB Solicitors Limited in Warrington is seeking a skilled conveyancing professional to manage residential sales and purchases, from instruction through to post-completion, with responsibility for title checks and transfers of equity.

You will provide support to conveyancing assistants, develop local client contacts, and drive cross-referrals to other departments, with hybrid working after a three-month probation.

Responsibilities

• Handle conveyancing matters from instruction to post completion
• Manage residential sales and purchases
• Handle remortgage and equity release transactions
• Check titles of freehold and leasehold properties
• Deal with transfer of equity and matrimonial transfer
• Provide support and training to conveyancing assistants
• Develop client contacts in the local area
• Cross refer clients to other departments as appropriate
• Provide cover for other offices when requested
• Maintain good working relations with staff and partners
• Comply with performance standards and office policies
• Exercise a high level of competence, skill, care and management
