Qualifications

• Experience handling residential property caseloads.
• Local knowledge of the Warrington area.
• Ability to transfer equity and handle matrimonial transfers.

Responsibilities

• Handle all conveyancing matters from instruction to post completion.
• Handle remortgage and equity release transactions.
• Check titles of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Deal with transfer of equity and matrimonial transfer.
• Provide support to conveyancing assistants.
• Develop client contacts in the local area.
• Cross-refer clients to other departments.
