This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor looking to take a significant step up into a management role with a well‑established and highly accredited practice in the centre of Brighton.
They are interested in seeing the CVs of candidates who can manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including complex and high-value transactions, while also handling non‑standard freehold issues such as land or rural property matters. You will be expected to maintain strong client relationships by delivering an exceptional standard of service and representing the firm at business development meetings and networking events. The position also involves organising and supporting junior team members and administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and contributing to their development.
You will boast strong technical knowledge across residential property matters and maintain an active interest in developments within the field. Clear and effective written and verbal communication is essential, along with a meticulous work ethic paired with an approachable and collaborative manner.
