Job summary

Nelson Bridges is delighted to be working on behalf of a highly regarded law firm in Ripon who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, FILEX or Fee Earner to join their established team.

You’ll manage a varied Residential Property caseload, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity and other property matters, with strong technical knowledge and excellent client-care skills.

Qualifications

• You’ll manage a varied Residential Property caseload, including: Sales and purchases, Freehold and leasehold transactions, Remortgages, Transfers of equity, New-build matters, Unregistered property, Business purchases and sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied Residential Property caseload with strong technical knowledge across residential transactions.
• Provide excellent client care and manage own caseload effectively.
