Residential Property Solicitor - Cardiff

We are instructed by this well-known South Wales based firm in their recruitment for a residential property solicitor to work on a wide range of residential property matters. This residential property solicitor will be joining the office in Cardiff.

You will be managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work, and transfers of equity.

It is important that you are a qualified solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer. You should be able to show experience of managing your own busy caseload of sales and purchases. New build purchase experience is ideal.
