Job summary

Chadwick Nott is representing a Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate to join Bath's Residential Property team. The role is largely office-based with 3–4 days in Bath, blending collaboration with a high-performing group.

You will manage your own residential property caseload, drive end-to-end digital conveyancing, provide commercially astute advice, and develop client relationships while supporting partners and pursuing KPI-driven objectives.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx.
• Experience in a Residential Property team.
• Strong client and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions.
• Using technology to deliver an end-to-end digital conveyancing service.
• Providing high-quality, commercially astute legal advice.
• Taking direct client instructions and building strong relationships.
• Working with partners to deliver tailored solutions.
• Scoping and pricing work with appropriate supervision.
• Developing your own client relationships with partner support.
• Growing your profile as a residential property lawyer.
• Leading and contributing to business development initiatives.
• Building a network of clients, contacts and referrers.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities across the firm.
• Participating in team and sector pitches.
• Maintaining accurate time recording, WIP monitoring and billing.
