Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant work.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, contracts, licences and other real estate documentation.
• Advising clients on development projects, property finance transactions and strategic real estate matters.
• Building strong relationships with clients while delivering responsive and commercially focused legal advice.
• Supporting business development initiatives and team growth.
