Job Description:

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic team member to join our Conveyancing/Residential Property team based in Reading.

Reporting to the Residential Conveyancing Director, you will handle high-value properties, high-net-worth individuals, and their advisers.

You will be required to attend the office approximately 2-3 days a week, with flexibility to meet business needs.

Experience/Attributes required:

• Over 3 years' experience in residential and new homes work, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity.
• A strong team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Experience handling significant transaction volumes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong client handling and service skills.
• Experience with case management systems.
• Willingness to contribute new ideas and adapt to team needs.
• Commitment to producing high-quality, accurate, and complete documents and correspondence.
• High standards of client care at all times.

Work type:

• Fee earning on residential transactions.
