Job summary

G2 Legal in York is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join a respected Yorkshire firm with a supportive culture. You will handle a varied conveyancing caseload, liaising with clients and lenders, and play a key role in the growth of the department.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or SQE-qualified, with strong residential property experience and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents and lenders.
• Support and supervise junior team members where appropriate.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties

• Supporting and supervising junior team members where appropriate
