Liberty Towers in West Wickham is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with 7+ years PQE to head the conveyancing team. You will manage a high-volume caseload and lead the team from the West Wickham office, with hybrid working and strong client development opportunities.

The role requires an established client following, strategic leadership, and a commitment to growing the firm’s profile in Bromley and surrounding areas. You’ll drive growth while maintaining excellent client care.

The Role

You will:

• Lead the Residential Conveyancing Team from the West Wickham office
• Manage your own full, high volume caseload with complete independence
• Support, guide and develop the wider team around you
• Build on an already strong client and referral network across West Wickham, Bromley and the surrounding areas
• Play an active role in business development, growing the client base and building the firm's profile
• Deliver client service that builds and protects a strong professional reputation
• Help drive the firm's continued growth and standing in the region

About You

You will be:

• A qualified Solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in Residential Property
• Currently practising as a Residential Property Solicitor (Senior Associates and Partners who are keen to show that they can build upon the already established Residential Conveyancing offering in West Wickham will be considered).
• Confident leading a team and comfortable managing high volume caseloads
• Someone with an established profile and client following in West Wickham, Bromley or the wider region
• Proven when it comes to business development and building lasting client relationships
• A strong communicator with a reputation for excellent client care
• Driven by a can do attitude and always willing to go the extra mile
