Overview:

1. The appointed conveyancer will manage a caseload of residential property matters.
2. Your caseload will include sales, re-mortgages, freeholds, leaseholds, and new plot purchases.
3. You will provide excellent service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
4. The firm seeks experienced solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers with around 2+ years’ PQE.
5. Previous experience handling residential conveyancing transactions is required.
6. You will be able to run a caseload under minimal supervision.
