Residential Property Solicitor

New opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a leading Midlands firm.

Based in Stoke with hybrid working options, the team handles a wide range of residential property work, including:

1. Freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and new builds
2. Advising clients on conveyancing matters
3. Drafting and reviewing contracts, titles, and search results
4. Liaising with solicitors, building societies, estate agents, financial advisors, and banks
5. Managing exchange of contracts, completion, and post-completion matters
