Henderson Scott in the Letchworth Garden City area is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing property team. You will manage your own conveyancing caseload, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, probate sales, and new build or shared ownership transactions, from instruction through to post-completion.

Qualificações

• Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload with supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge, organisation skills and a commercial approach.
• Excellent client care skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and referrers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Deal with probate sales, new build and shared ownership transactions, and title investigations.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors; collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transactions.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling matters including:

• Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
