QED Legal is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or Residential Property Solicitor to join their client in Hertford, Hertfordshire.

The ideal candidate should have case handling skills to manage a full and varied caseload with 2 to 5 years of experience.

Experience in the following residential transactions is preferred:

• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity
