Residential Property Solicitor

A Residential Property Solicitor is required by a law firm in Exeter, South Devon to work in a busy residential conveyancing team. The role is a result of demand following continued growth within the firm and department.

An award-winning law firm with a strong reputation throughout the south west for providing cost-effective quality legal advice. The Property team deals with all aspects of property and land transactions including part exchange, plot sales, and new build development work.

The Role

The Residential Property Solicitor role will involve managing a full case load of a variety of conveyancing transactions involving residential property and land from instruction through to post completion work.

The Candidate

1. Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
2. Previous post qualification conveyancing experience is essential.
3. Must be well organised.
4. A good communicator.
