This is a superb opportunity for a newly or recently qualified lawyer to build a varied and challenging caseload, blending complex residential transactions with hybrid residential/commercial matters.

You'll work closely with the firm's long-established client base, including some high-net-worth individuals, as well as entrepreneurs, developers and company directors, providing tailored support on their personal property portfolios and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Managing client files from instruction to completion with supervision
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases and security documents
• Conducting title checks, searches and reporting on key risks
• Handling sales, purchases, refinancing and transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, agents and third parties to progress transactions
• Supporting senior solicitors on large-scale or bespoke matters
• Collaborating with internal teams across Planning, Development, and Corporate for cross-disciplinary transactions
• Participating in business development and networking initiatives

Requirements
