You will be a Residential Property/Conveyancing Associate 3+ PQE, looking to make a long-term career move, with excellent benefits, including fully remote working.

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Residential Property/Conveyancing Lawyer 3+ PQE to join their expanding City team. Residential Property/Conveyancing is a prominent department, handling work such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, secured lending, and more. You will work alongside a highly experienced team and receive excellent guidance to develop your skills and progress within the firm. The firm is growing and uses modern case management systems, maintaining its 21st Century approach. There are ambitious growth plans over the next 24 months, making now an exciting time to join.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property/Conveyancing Associate with 3+ relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and work well within a team
• You will enjoy working in a client-facing role and be able to develop rapport
