My client is a well-established law firm looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Clitheroe.

Typical duties include:

1. Effectively handle a busy caseload of property transactions including sales, purchases, leasehold, and freehold transactions.
2. Be highly organised and efficient.
3. Meet client expectations through timely acknowledgment and progression of client calls and queries.
4. Understand and contribute to the team’s objectives.

Salary will be competitive, dependent on experience, ranging from £Xk+ bonus, with a hybrid working model (2/3 days in the office) and a range of staff benefits and schemes.
