Residential Property Solicitor

A Residential Property Solicitor is sought by a respected, long-established law firm in Somerset. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary dependent on experience and welcomes candidates with three or more years of PQE. You will manage a diverse caseload of sales, acquisitions, and remortgages, delivering meticulous legal guidance and clear communication to clients throughout each transaction. Joining a collegiate property team, you will collaborate across departments to maintain exceptional service standards. Residential Property Solicitor | Somerset | 3+ PQE | Competitive Salary DOE

The role

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload with confidence and should have at least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing and good case management skills. You will rub your own residential conveyancing files, from first instruction through to completion. This will include reviewing titles, raising enquiries, preparing contracts, and keeping clients, agents, and lenders updated throughout.

Your other responsibilities will include
