Size | c. 350 across 6 offices

Level | 1-2 years+ PQE

Based | Stansted

Hybrid | 2 days working from home

We are working with a top legal 200 law firm who are looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in their office near to Stansted.

They’re ideally looking for someone with 1-2 years+ PQE within Residential Property Law but would be open to candidates with more experience as this is an additional hire within the team.

You will advise and support on a wide range of Residential Property matters to include:

• Buying and selling houses
• Drafting contracts
• Lock out agreements
• Property transfers
• Re-mortgages
• Equity release
• Shared ownership
• Lease extensions

The successful candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales
• Minimum of 1-2 years+ PQE in Residential Property Law
