Residential Property Lawyer / Licensed Conveyancer – Bournemouth

Location: Bournemouth (with hybrid working options)

Department: Residential Property

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer to join a dynamic Property team, helping to lead and grow the new office in Bournemouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive legal professional who is keen to shape the future of a Residential Property offering in a new location while collaborating closely with a established team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the launch and development of our Bournemouth residential property practice
• Handling your own caseload across a broad range of residential property matters
• Building strong relationships with clients, agents, and other professionals
• Working closely with the Residential Property team and the Head of Department
• Contributing to the team’s ongoing business development efforts

Types of Work You’ll Handle

• Help to Buy loans, ISAs, and redemptions
• Leasehold transactions
• Right to Buy purchases
• Remortgages and Transfers of Equity
• Declarations of Trust
• Unregistered land and restrictions
• Occasional support for our plot sales team

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from candidates who have:

• At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential property
• The ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, organisational, and client care skills
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
