• Handle a wide range of transactions, including lease extensions and complex property work.

• Contribute to business development through client relationship building and referrals.
• Supervise and support assistants while promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold professional standards.

What You Will Bring

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer (2+ PQE) with solid experience in residential conveyancing.
• Experience with lease extensions and complex matters advantageous.
