Job summary

Fexco Property Services is seeking a Property Manager for our Chelmsford office to oversee day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio and to maintain strong relationships with Clients.

You will manage leases, budgets, and year-end accounts while coordinating site visits, EGMs/AGMs, and contractor performance. The role requires hands-on organisation and communication with Clients to ensure compliance and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Experience in block management and pursuing ATPI accreditation.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with leases/TP1s and enforcing covenants in line with property law.
• Prepare and issue budgets for properties and monitor expenditure.
• Agree year-end accounts with clients and handle enquiries.
• Conduct regular site visits and organise EGMs/AGMs.
• Appoint and manage cleaners, grounds maintenance and other contractors.
