Job summary

Fexco Property Services is recruiting a Property Manager for the Remus brand, based in our Chelmsford office. You will oversee day-to-day management of a residential portfolio and maintain strong relationships with Clients.

You will handle budgets, annual accounts, property visits, and contractor management, while ensuring compliance with current property law. The role supports progression within a fast-growing UK property services group and offers competitive salaries and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Experience with block management and related regulations.”
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation.
• Experience of preparing and issuing budgets for properties.
• Ability to organise and run face-to-face meetings with Clients.
• ATPI qualification or willingness to work towards accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with leases/TP1s and enforcing covenants.
• Prepare and issue budgets for properties and monitor expenditure.
• Agree year end accounts for properties with clients and handle enquiries.
• Carry out regular property visits and manage EGMs/AGMs.
• Appoint and manage cleaners, grounds maintenance and other contractors.
