Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal / Fee-earner

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom

A law firm based in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a residential property paralegal with fee earning experience to join their team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, handling both sales and purchases of residential properties, from instruction to post-completion.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
2. Drafting reports on title
3. Liaising with clients and third parties such as mortgage lenders
4. Dealing with enquiries and file opening
5. Managing Companies House registrations
6. Closing files and balancing matters
7. Scheduling deeds to mortgage lenders
8. Drafting agreements, deeds, and contracts
9. Reviewing and reporting on titles

Applicants must have at least 12 months of experience as a residential property paralegal, with excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Ability to conduct searches independently is essential.
