Job Description:

Overview: A law firm is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal / Fee-earner to join their team in Coventry. The role involves managing your own caseload related to residential property transactions, including sales and purchases, from instruction to post-completion.

Key duties include:

• Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
• Drafting reports on title
• Liaising with clients and third parties such as mortgage lenders
• Handling enquiries, file opening, and closing
• Companies House Registrations
• Scheduling deeds and drafting agreements, deeds, and contracts
• Reviewing and reporting on titles

Requirements: At least 12 months’ experience as a residential property paralegal, excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential. Ability to conduct searches with minimal supervision is also required.
