Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal / Fee-earner

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom

A law firm is seeking a residential property paralegal with fee earning experience to join their team and provide high-quality service to their clients.

Responsibilities include managing your own caseload from instruction to post-completion, handling sales and purchases of properties, and performing tasks such as:

• Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
• Drafting reports on title
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Dealing with enquiries
• File management and company registrations
• Scheduling deeds and drafting agreements
• Reviewing and reporting on titles

Applicants must have at least 12 months of experience as a residential property paralegal, excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Ability to conduct searches independently is also required.
