The Role
Due to an influx of new work, the firm is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their stand-out team based in the West End, London. The team deals with a good level of work in this area; they are busy, which means that you will need to be able to hit the ground running and have good prior experience in Conveyancing.
The department deals with a wealthy client base, so you will find that you will be dealing with a busy caseload of prime central London properties. The caseload will include: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
