JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking an NQ+ Residential Sales Associate to join a Top 50 international firm in Manchester. You will handle drafting and sale packs for plot sales across nationwide schemes, working with developers, providers and local authorities.

You will join a supportive team, gain regulatory drafting responsibility from day one, and benefit from excellent training, mentoring, and balanced hybrid working. A competitive salary is offered in a renowned property practice.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified solicitor with a residential property or real estate seat.
• Strong drafting ability and keen attention to detail.
• Willing to specialise and be trained within an experienced team.
• Commercially aware with an interest in client development.
• Collaborative approach across teams.

Responsabilités

• Draft precedent documentation and sale packs for developments.
• Draft transfers and leases, including shared ownership leases.
• Work with the acquisition team on title documentation compatibility.
• Collaborate with specialist colleagues across the firm as schemes require.
• Supervise paralegals and fee earners; assist with business development.
