This vital position sits within our client's central London PRS team and presents an excellent opportunity to oversee a portfolio for a key institutional investor and gain exposure to managing flats/blocks in a central London portfolio.

The Property Manager will join the Residential Management department, working alongside a team of property managers, Associate Directors, and Directors, and will work closely with the block and asset management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with tenants on tenancy matters, maintenance issues, and organizing repairs
  • Collaborating with the compliance team to ensure all Health and Safety inspections are up to date
  • Ensuring timely rent payments and collection of arrears
  • Liaising with tenants regarding internal/external redecoration of common parts
  • Managing minor works between tenancies and coordinating with project management for larger works
  • Arranging check-outs, inventories, deposit returns, and annual inspections
  • Processing insurance claims
  • Providing client reports and attending meetings
  • Serving notices and attending court when necessary
  • Liaising with clients' accounts team and other departments
Person Profile:
  • Experience in residential lettings property management or similar roles
  • ARLA Level 3 qualification (desirable)
  • Good knowledge of lettings compliance
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and initiative-taking
  • Confidence in client and stakeholder interactions
  • Desire to exceed client and customer expectations
Package:
  • Location: Central London (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
  • Salary: £33,000 to £38,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (Hybrid working: 2 days from home)
