Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join a Legal 500 rated firm based in Honiton. You will independently handle a wide range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion, working within a supportive conveyancing team.

The role welcomes candidates from newly qualified to senior lawyers, with strong technical expertise and client service, and offers a busy caseload in a well-established South West practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with solid experience in residential property law.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a conveyancing team.

Responsibilities

• Handle a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post completion.
• Advise clients and manage transactions including sales, purchases, shared ownership and Help to Buy where applicable.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth case progression and client satisfaction.
