A Residential Property Lawyer with at least four years of experience is sought by a large and highly respected regional law firm with an impressive list of clients, including FTSE companies, public and private sector organizations, charities, and high net worth individuals.

They now wish to add a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least four years of experience to the Residential Property Team. You should possess a proactive attitude and have extensive experience in handling a wide range of Residential Conveyancing matters—from standard Sale, Purchase, and Remortgage transactions to more complex New Build, Buy to Let, and Equity Release matters. Exposure to more complex and specialized work, such as lease extensions, drafting complex property deeds, covenants, and deeds of rectification, will be provided based on the candidate's capability, as deemed appropriate by the Supervising Partner.
