A large and highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer with at least four years of experience. The firm boasts an impressive client list that includes FTSE companies, public and private sector organizations, charities, and high net worth individuals.

They are looking to add a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of four years' experience to their Residential Property Team. The ideal candidate should have a proactive attitude and extensive experience handling a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

1. Standard Sale, Purchase, and Remortgage transactions
2. More complex matters such as New Builds, Buy to Let, and Equity Release

Experience with more specialized work, such as lease extensions, drafting complex property deeds, covenants, and deeds of rectification, will be provided based on the candidate's capability and the discretion of the Supervising Partner.
